		<description>I found the session very enlightening.  It gave you both sides of the story - what is &#039;accepted&#039; practise and what is &#039;reality&#039;.  Yes Twitter is used for spam but the definition of spam is down to the individual and not down to some arbitary definition.  Tracy&#039;s presentation was so insightful that I&#039;ll be picking her brains for the next year or two. Thanks to Cindy (http://www.rank-mobile.com/) for moderating and Pierre Far who made the difficult things in creating tools look easy!

		<description>Great summary of the session, thanks. Must admit I didn&#039;t necessarily agree with some of the spammier suggestions offered up by Paul, but it was good to hear a balanced take on automation, and there were some valid arguments for considering it.</description>
