It gave you both sides of the story - what is 'accepted' practise and what is 'reality'. Yes Twitter is used for spam but the definition of spam is down to the individual and not down to some arbitary definition. Tracy's presentation was so insightful that I'll be picking her brains for the next year or two. Thanks to Cindy (http://www.rank-mobile.com/) for moderating and Pierre Far who made the difficult things in creating tools look easy!
