SERP’s (Search Engine Results Page) are the results pages we see when searching. The SERP’s consist of natural listings (normally 10 to a page but this can be set at 20, 30, 50 or 100) and paid adverts along the top and the right.

The natural SERP listing consists of main three parts, the title (link) the description and the URL.

Along side the URL the size of the page is indicated, a link to see the cached version and a link to similar websites.

The aim for SEO’s is to get your site ranking as high as possible on as many different SERP’s.
